Deliciously creamy and a little caramelized, this fresh cream has a rich golden color and smooth texture. The Baratte process constitutes of separating the milk, spinning the heaviest part into a creamy and thick consistency, and later re-injecting the butter with cream, for a decadent and sumptuous texture and flavor.
