Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and enhanced by hand-selected Matusalem Sherry and Vintage 2005 Sherry casks. Natural colour and non-chill filtered. Every November, The Dalmore whisky makers visit the distillery’s historic sandstone warehouses to explore the ageing casks. In the chill shadows, our casks are meticulously assessed and only a handful with distinguishing attributes are hand-selected from any one year.
