INGREDIENTS  4 cups filtered water ¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds Optional: a handful of berries, sliced cucumber, fresh mint leaves, sliced citrus fruit or a squeeze of citrus juice   DIRECTIONS  Combine the chia seeds and water in a one-quart mason jar and shake.
