Simply replaces the original cover with a duct. Compatibility: Ender 3 V2 Neo, possibly fits also other Neo models. Advantages: 1. Air flow is directed better at the heatsink. 3. Heat is disperced quicker and not trapped by the original cover. 3. Weight reduction because the original cover is removed. Completely compatible with original fan/setup with possibility to upgrade to a bigger fan 4020. You have to make threads on the duct to mount the fan or use nuts.
