Arctic Tundra Diorama (Create-A-Scene® Habitat Diorama Kit) Assemble your own habitat diorama! Created by Acorn Naturalists, this kit features a generous selection of habitat-appropriate rocks, leaves, logs, and substrate for a realistic appearance. The set also contains an original line-drawing of a background (to be colored in), three extra blank cards for creating more scenes, and an “animal clue” item to add interest and intrigue. You can customize this hands-on display with locally collected resources. The kit also provides the following hand-painted, phthalate-free animal models: Arctic Fox, Polar Bear, Polar Bear Cub, Reindeer, Snowy Owl, and White Wolf. All models and natural materials are packaged in a custom-designed and stained wood box with a sliding lid. Turn the box on its side to create the “theater” for the diorama. Instructions and suggestions for supplemental activities are included. Please note: As the natural materials within are collected with careful regard to environmental impact, the contents may differ depending upon availability. Create-a-Scene® kits are recommended for children age 8 to 13, with adult supervision. #KIT-22024
