It’s a lot like a Whiskey Sour, but pisco, a grape-forward brandy produced in Peru and Chile, takes the place of the whiskey. Angostura bitters are also a crucial addition — they accent the white foam with a sprinkle of bright, brick-red color and lend a gently spiced perfume to each sip.
