This slicer can additionally be used as a pastry scraper, pizza cutter, pastry bread separator, and much more. This cutter is available in 2 designs, each sold separately. Manufactured in France, this cutter is comprised of Exoglass, a proprietary composite material developed by Matfer. This material is non-porous, easy to clean and can be sterilized, and its long-lasting material will not deteriorate or rust over time. Top features include a natural non-stick surface and temperature resistance from -4°F to 482°F, as it keeps its original shape and will not lose its form. This slicer is also designed with a round handle that creates an easy grip, eliminating hand and wrist fatigue. When you're done working with your dough, clean up is just as easy, just stick it in the dishwasher!
