We are a local Boston camera store - pick this up in person and ask about our special in person pricing • Fully tested Imacon 949 scanner • The Imacon 949 is the same as the later X5 model with a slightly different exterior shell - it has the same max resolution, same Dmax capability, same diffraction type bulbs and almost the same transfer speed (5-10% slower on the 949). • Scanner is recently serviced and ready to go (no service data available, based on previous owners info) • Please see full res and detail scans of the Hasselblad target chart, scanned the day before this listing went live • This scanner uses Firewire connection (both ports are tested and working) but does have a SCSI II backup connection available and can be used with the latest windows OS, using the latest version of Flexcolor (4.8.9/12). Mac may be used, however, we have no knowledge on installation in a mac environment, as far as we know, the current mac OS is does not support this scanner and some older version or adaption will be required • We are happy to help set up and install this scanner on any PC machine, sorry, we cant help you with MAC. We are happy to provide a basic tutorial on using this scanner (45 minutes) at no cost • Scanner is ready to work right out of the box • 4 carriers are included, more carriers can be easily found on from original and after market sources at relatively low cost Includes: • Imacon 949 Scanner • Power Supply • 6 month warranty Local pickup, install and tutorials available.
