Made in France, robust and reliable with 4 blades - 2 of which are selected by moving a handle on the side of the frame. One cuts julienne strips (29 at a time), the other is more suited to fries or vegetable sticks (9 at a time). The thickness of the slices is adjusted by levers at the back. The corrugated blade is ideal for wavy edged vegetable slices, crisps and gaufrette potatoes. Cuts vegetables and fruit into thin slices, sticks or crinkles.

In addition to Matfer stainless steel mandoline 215001 this package includes the pusher 215005 reversible straight/waffle blade w/knob 215116 julienne blade 1/8 inch 215010 julienne blade 3/16 inch 215112 and julienne blade 3/8 inch 215115. Designed for ease of use the Matfer stainless steel mandoline has one handle to hold in position during slicing with a smooth inclined plane that facilitates blade adjustment. Switching blades takes just a few seconds.
