Cet ensemble se compose de :
un bol Yixing Zisha Matcha fait à la main (Chawan)
une cuillère à mesurer en bambou (Chashaku)
batteur à matcha (Chasen)
un support en porcelaine pour le batteur à matcha (math matcha)
Tout cela dans un magnifique coffret cadeau, faisant de cet ensemble Matcha le cadeau idéal pour les amateurs de thé qui veulent entrer dans le monde du thé Matcha.

Préparer le Thee matcha
Puis cuillère 1 petite cuillère à café de poudre de Matcha dans le bol
Ajouter un petit peu d'eau et mélanger la poudre avec un batteur à Matcha pour obtenir une pâte lisse
Laissez 80-100 ml d' eau bouillante refroidir à environ 75-80 degrés (attente 3 minutes), et versez le tout dans le bol
Utilisez le batteur pour mélanger le Matcha jusqu'à ce qu'il y ait une belle couche de mousse dessus. Pour ce faire, faites des mouvements fermes M ou W dans le bol avec le batteur.
Alors votre Matcha est prêt à boire !
Selon le goût, vous pouvez rendre le thé plus doux avec une teneur en eau plus élevée et plus fort avec plus de thé.
Dans la cérémonie du thé japonaise, non seulement le thé fort, le koi-cha (濃茶), est préparé avec beaucoup de poudre de thé et peu d'eau, mais aussi du thé fin, usu-cha (薄 茶), dans lequel le matcha est brassé et agité avec une quantité appropriée d'eau.
