Our WOOD filament is a premium grade wood composite material designed specifically for 3D printers. Now pooled on a 100% recycled cardboard spool. Please see optimal print settings at the bottom of this page. Our wood filament is made of a mixture of real Bamboo wood and PLA allowing it to be printed just like a thermoplastic such as Standard PLA, but with an authentic wood like appearance. It even smells like raw sawdust while printing! As with most of our filled materials, although it works with 0.4 nozzles, we do recommend to use a 0.5mm nozzle or larger to avoid clogging. After printing, your object will look like real wood and can be handled like a real wooden object; This means you can cut, grind, sand, stain and paint your creations just like normal wooden objects! It has been repeatedly tested on various machines for flow consistency and print quality; from name brand printers to home made ones. Regardless of the 3D printer you are using, the consistently round diameters provide optimum flow through the extruder nozzle. Our material is guaranteed free from common issues such as bubbles, concave/convex dot, and dirt. STORAGE: One large resealable bag with slider + an extra desiccant pack are included with every spool. The bag and extra desiccant are a great way to safely store your filament spool when not in use. It keeps your filament bone dry & free from any dust or dirt particles, so it's always ready for your next print. NET WEIGHT: 1 KG (2.2 LB) PrintingTemperature: Notes: 200°C - 250°C Will print with standard PLA settings on most printers. If equipped, set your print bed temperature to aprox. 65°C.
