Note: When connecting to a computer using USB A, HDMI (Display 1)and the USB-C PD are unable to work. How to Install the Driver Before Use: You can install the driver according to the steps in the page of production decription, or you can install the driver according to the steps in our page of product video. We have a driver U disk in the box, you can directly open the U disk file for installation.
